Compatible Substrates

This water-based premium mounting adhesive is used for bonding paper and plastic in premium gift packaging. Applications include laminated paper, specialty paper, coated paper, filled paper and medium-density board / industrial paperboard. It provides good adaptability for OPP-film-laminated surfaces bonded to paper, paper-to-paper and paper-to-wood. It offers strong peel resistance and good overall bond performance. Suitable for coated-paper machine application and widely used for premium wine boxes, pharmaceutical boxes, gift boxes and craft boxes.

Application Guidelines

Confirm the surface treatment (dyne level) of film-laminated or metalized substrates against the substrate requirements above.
Run a machine trial at your normal line speed and check bond strength after full curing before switching production over.
